So glad I've found you Richard at Sakers. I was nervous when I first came to the salon but you soon put me at ease and I should have trusted my instinct coming to a stylist who's Vidal Sassoon trained. It's good to have someone who takes the time and trouble to listen intently about my hair and then apply their great cutting skills. Since having my first cut with you a couple of weeks ago you have since high/lowlighted my hair and I am absolutely delighted with the results. Thankyou Richard and I look forward to seeing you for my next cut in December as we continue on our hair journey together.You will now be seeing me at regular intervals for all my hair needs in your lovely relaxing salon with complimentary treats.

Always feel apprehensive when going to someone new but knew I'd been in safe hands with a Vidal Sassoon stylist which was why I came to you today.You made me feel very relaxed and I felt overwhelmed by the result of your cut. I left feeling a million dollars and it gave me a real boost of confidence.
